10 Months Post Rhinoplasty and still a shapeless tip (Phtoo)

As a surgeon performing lots of rhinoplasty, i recommend you to wait until 18-month post-op. There is always some degree of residual swelling in first 18 months. After waiting 18-month post-op if you would not be satisfied with result, there would be two ways: Secondary Rhinoplasty or Accutane treatment for skin thinning. You can learn more details about both treatments from your doctor.
Could I get these results (specifically the tip)?

You have moderate thickness nasal skin and your nasal tip is moderate degree wider. You can have a tip similar to that girl with rhinoplasty. Your nostrils cannot be seen in photo so i cannot make a comment about nostril shape.

Your preoperative nipple positions seem far from the midline, but this is a normal condition that can be seen in many people. The implant should have been placed centered on the nipple. However, especially your left implant is too close to the midline. To correct this condition, it is necessary to reposition the implant, perhaps using moderate profile implants.
