I would suggest you think about a vertical lift. Your photos reveal more of a pseudoptosis condition and not significant ptosis based upon nipple position in relation to the IMF. A vertical lift will also achieve more projection and reduce the size implant needed. More clear answer on implants leading to faster aging of the breast but the larger the implant the more effect it will have over many years on skin.

Your question cannot be fully answered without an examination. You, however, have mentioned one of the probably answers in that there is an inflammatory process the tissues will go through with Lipo and abdominoplasty. You in particular may have more inflammation due to the secondary surgery to place a new drain. Stick with the treatment plan and it should improve.

I know your post states that you are seven weeks post-operative from abdominoplasty but the photo appears to show a drain still in place. Very unusual for the drain to be left in for more than 7-21 days. It is not unusual to feel numb after this type of surgery but skin sensation will usually return to normal slowly over time.

You are early in the healing of this procedure. These photos are taken on an angle and with abdomen flexed so may not be complete evaluation. You appear to have striae on the lower abdominal skin. This damaged skin has loss of elasticity and will not give as tight as a result as you might like. Allow for complete healing and use proper nutrition and weight reduction to ensure an optimal result.

Unusual to have scars wide so soon after surgery. All scar tissue is pink during early healing phases but raised and wide scars may have too much tension on the closure of wound or risks of hypertrophy. I agree with the silicone scar therapy and no scratching wounds. You should be seen often and may need steroid injections to reduce the scarring.

It is not expected that a patient would be experiencing burning sensations beyond the normal time of healing, 9 to 12 months. You may have thickened hypertrophic scars and these can be uncomfortable. It is important for you to have a proper examination and the surgeon may be able to offer relief. Best of luck.

The only way to reduce circumference and contour both skin and the soft tissues requires Brachioplasty. Brachioplasty is highly effective in improved contour of the upper arm. I would only ask that you are sure you will be comfortable with the scar created by the incision. There is a very high satisfaction rate with this procedure.
