Is 19 too young for Botox for non-comestic reasons?
Botox in a young adult

There is no contraindication for you to receive Botox massaters. The minimum age to receive Botox determined by Allergan is 18. Botox can definitely improve your TMJ pain and improve your jaw line as an added benefit.
Am I a candidate for Kybella?
Kybella

Kybella would be a good option for you to dissolve the little amount of fat under your chin and improve your jaw line.
I hope this helps.Best wishes,Dr. D.
What is right for me generally to fix my saggy breasts?
Breast lift or mastopexy for saggy breasts.
Mar 3, 2021
A breast lift, or mastopexy, is the best option to lift your sagging breasts and decrease the areola giving you a firmer more perky breast. If you like the size of the breasts in a bra, then you only need the lift. If you would like to be smaller then a reduction would be performed. A breast reduction is basically a breast lift with the removal of breast tissue.
I hope this helps.Best wishes,Dr. D.

Dermal fillers
Mar 3, 2021
There is no contraindication to getting dermal fillers in a patient with a n upper motor neuron facial nucleus lesion. The fillers can help balance the facial asymmetry and help the patient feel better about themselves. I do not recommend getting Botox though. I would recommend getting a medical release from your neurologist about the fillers. This may help the injector feel better about doing it from a medical legal point of view.
I hope this helps.Best wishes,Dr. D.

Your breasts may still be firm from the swelling from surgery. It may take 8 months to a year for them to fully soften. If they are getting harder over time, then you are most likely developing a capsular contracture.
