Every surgeon has slightly different techniques and protocol. This is a combination that has worked well for the surgeon. Ask your surgeon if they recommend banding. That said you are very early in your recovery. The implants will settle and your final result will look different. Ask your surgeon if there is anything they wish you to do and be patient. Thank you for your question.Your window of availability is reasonable. Keep in mind a couple of things. First this is around the end of the year and is typically the busiest time of year for surgeons and centers especially if they participate with insurance. Second there are two holidays that fall in your window and third this is a time of year when surgeons take some time to be with their families. If you want to secure a surgery spot for this window start early. Now is not too early.

An accurate answer to your question is best done by an exam with a board certified plastic surgeon. As a general answer from your photos it looks like an larger higher profile implant would fill your skin well. The trade off is that you would be larger. A lift would tighten the skin and not increase size but there would be more scaring.

Generally Surgeries can be done very close together even at the same time. The exception to this are too many surgeries at the same time can increase risk and two surgeries on the same body part that need to be staged may have a certain amount of time between to allow for the necessary healing. Talk to your surgeon about your overall goals and surgeries you wish done and they will be able to give you more specific advice about timing.
