Hello,

Don’t get too stuck on details like drains. Considering a moderately big operation like Abdominoplasty and liposuction, the burden of drains is a small part of the total recovery after surgery. Think more about wound care, nutrition, pain control, clot prevention, and activity. Like planning for a baby, planning for cosmetic surgery should be reasonably predictable. One or two drains is commonly done, lasting about one or two weeks.

Hello,

Unless the volume of remaining filler is thick and palpable, I don’t think recent filler therapy will influence the performance of lower blepharoplasty by your plastic surgeon. Most of the tissue manipulation is mid-lid, between the lash line and the bony lower orbital rim. The tear trough is at the lowest part of the blepharoplasty field.

The usual result from breast reduction is an upward lifting, compaction of looseness, and reduction in overall volume. There are quite a few ways to do this but most involve removing excess skin and internal breast tissue, and repositioning the nipple to be directed forward rather than downward. Hello,

After breast augmentation, the breasts will become moderately swollen and quite a bit firmer than normal, both from the presence of the addition volume of the implant, and also from the general puffiness that accompanies handling / traumatizing the chest wall tissues. The general direction the breast goes is less firmness, with relatively small decreases in absolute size as healing progresses.

I would be conservative and play to the strengths of each operation. Trying to make a precise implant pocket from the upper abdomen dissection field seems like an invitation to inaccuracy.
