Absolutely stop the nicotine at least six weeks prior to procedure as it significantly increases the risk of complications of any procedure, and can adversely affect the outcome. Suboxone is an issue for the anesthesiologist (and must be discussed), and will affect both the anesthesia and pain management post-op.
