Your post suggests that your brow tissues are naturally low. I agree that a browlift at your age is not indicated. Creation of a taller fold with minimal skin excision will expose more of the fold. Seek a consultation with a surgeon who has a lot of experience doing Asian blepharoplasties.

The large pores may respond to a retin-A based skin program and possible nonablative laser to follow. Deep nasolabial folds at a young age suggests loss of volume combined with early loss of elasticity in the skin. The above retin-A program can firm up the skin and I would start with this modality. If the nasolabial folds remain deep then you may consider soft tissue fillers.

The larger blue veins can be treated by surgical removal or laser. The dark color under the eyes is due to pigment in the skin itself as well as the thin transparent nature of the skin in this area. This darkness is very difficult to treat and may persist. Until we have a better answer to this problem I would recommend camouflage with cosmetics. Finally, the sunken look around the eyes may respond to soft tissue fillers or fat grafts.

Luiposuction is very safe when performed by surgeons who know what they're doing. However, liposuction is not a substitute for weight loss. In you case, it would be better to first manage your weight with diet and exercise. Once you have achieved a stable weight that you can maintain for the next 10-20 years then you may be a candidate for liposuction.

I doubt if a laser treatment(s) can correct this problem. Lasers have only a very limited ability to shrink skin. If it continues to bother you then I suggest that you discuss this with your surgeon. The neck portion of your face/necklift may need to be repeated.

It's hard to tell from your images if your ears are overcorrected. Ideally, after otoplasty you should be able to see the helical rim on the frontal view. If this is not the case and it bothers you then a revision may be necessary. There is no urgency to proceed with revision right away. Follow-up with your surgeon to discuss this.

Your images suggest that the inner contour of the left lid margin is straighter (less arched) then that on the right side. If this persists and bothers you then you may need an additional 1-2 stitches to hike up that area. The decision to proceed with yet another surgery must be balanced against how much it bothers you.

The reason for one breast being larger immediately after breast augmentation is due to either a blood collection, inadequate implant pocket dissection, or a larger implant on that side. Your preop pictures show that your breasts were fairly even in volume before surgery. You need to see your surgeon soon to correct this problem.

This type of deformity if often seen after breast surgery and will resolve on its own. It is usually due to clotting of the veins under the skin and is not harmful to your health. You can either leave them alone or try various conservative measures to relieve the discomfort (warm compresses, anti-inflammatory medication, etc). I hope this helps.

Most women want to look a natural as possible after undergoing breast augmentation. In order to achieve this look you need adequate amount of soft tissue (skin, fat, breast) to cover the implant. If you currently look great with saline implants then you may not look very natural going to 450cc saline implants. Silicone gel implants are kinder to the look as you go larger but you don't want to outstrip your body's ability to cover the implants. Your surgeon can help...
