It sounds like you're a little anxious because you received two different opinions. There is no way someone online can tell you what size of implants to get. Go back, try on implants again, take a photo of yourself with the different sizes on and then look at it again when you get home. Think about what you want, and how you would like to look and then compare the photos and decide. Take your time, there's no rush.Good luck, I'm sure you"ll figure it out.

Nine months after surgery, you should be just fine, in my opinion. Your surgeon knows best, follow the instructions and advice you received. You should always be able to call the office and get your plastic surgeons advice.Wish you the best.

It's not unusual for you to feel this way, what is important is to get to the bottom of what's making you feel this way. It could be the antibiotic, it could be an infection, maybe it's just how your body reacts. Call your surgeon, he needs to be aware of what's going on so he knows how to best help you.I wouldn't worry, but get in to see your surgeon. Good luck to you.

You need to go with whatever you feel comfortable with. Looking at the photos. you might want to discuss a lift if you are worried about the implant filling out the loose skin. Whenever you have questions either call or schedule another consult to discuss your concerns. Sometimes questions arise that you didn't consider at the time of your appoint.

There isn't that much difference between the sizes, about 5 teaspoons, not quite an ounce. It's best to go by the size you liked in the bra when trying on sizes rather than getting hung up on a bra size. All bra manufactures sizing is a little different.You thought 375 was nice, but your friends are advising you against it. Were your friends and co-worker in the room with you when you were trying on the sizes? If it makes you feel better, go to the office and try on...

By your photos, it looks like you would have good results with gynecomastia surgery especially since you have been working out and trying to lose fat. It's not a question of needing surgery, but how much it bothers you. If you feel this condition is effecting you negatively, surgery is a good consideration.

Wait until sutures have been removed and your incision is fully healed. Sutures come out approximately 1 week after surgery. It may take a day or two before the incision closes completely after that.Always follow the advise of your surgeon.

It sounds like capsular contracture could be starting. If you haven't already, you should be doing some form of massage to stretch the pocket. When the pocket starts to tighten it can cause some pain. If the massage doesn't work, then you will have to surgically open the scar tissue, but if caught soon enough, with your physician's help there's a good chance it can be resolved without surgery.You should see your surgeon as soon as possible.
