Having one side of the muscle stronger is not uncommon, but it usually only stronger by a small degree, and you should see at least some attenuation of function, especially if this side was touched up. My guess is the muscle was missed on this side, being able to visualize muscle position 3-dimensionally within the soft tissue gives the injector far more accuracy. I would suggest trying a different office to see if same results are seen. It doesn’t make sense that antibodies would attack…

I recommend 24 hours before yoga, aerobic exercise, etc. I worry about washing out of the Botox if your face becomes too flush with bloodflow.

It is hard to say exactly without knowing how extensive surgical resection will be. Often, lipomas are quite easily removed with very little effort, but cervical lipomas tend to be very fibrotic and stubborn to remove. This situation would typically require longer than a 5 day recovery before embarking on a lengthy, physical trip. I would postpone removal until after the trip.

Actually, most of the patients I see for extremity lipomas demonstrate multiple lipomas. They are usually relatively small lipomas that are easily removed via small , transverse incisions, Often, several individual lipomas are removed from a single incision.

This is a good question regarding a topic which is exceedingly rare, therefore, it is hard to say exactly what is the best treatment, who is at risk, etc..With that said, I have seen one patient demonstrating fat accumulation in the region treated with cool sculpting . She underwent tumescent PAL liposuction to correct the deformity, and did beautifully. I could tell no difference in the character of the tissue , nor in the aspirate.
