Can I get by with just breast augmentation? My nipple is still above my crease line.

Your nipple appears to be above the crease. You should do very well with just an implant.In over 13,500 implants I've implanted over the past 44 years, when the nipple is at or above the crease, you will be very pleased. And remember, it's your body. You never have to have a lift if you don't like the scars from same, or the cost.
