Belotero is only great for fine lines. If you are looking to replace lost volume in the cheeks and folds, Voluma is a better filler. Juvederm is a nice filler for folds around the mouth. I prefer to use mainly Restylane for the under eyes. We can use a product called Radiesse to sculpt the jawline, adding definition, and eliminating the jowls. Juvederm ultra is a nice filler to use for the folds around the mouth. One key aspect is not so much the type of filling agent used, but the individual injecting the product. I strongly suggest you consult with a reputable cosmetic physician to achieve a great outcome.

Yes, a laser resurfacing with or without a skin pinch and volume replacement under the eyes would help tighten the skin and reduce the lines. Often times, metal eye-shields are inserted in order to get close to the lash line (in experienced hands) and the laser can be set to go deeper around the eyes and mouth in order to target those fine lines. I highly recommend you see a board certified dermatologist and not an aesthetician for these type of procedures.

I would highly suggest the V Beam pulsed-dye laser to target the redness you are experiencing. One treatment, generally speaking, isn't going to be enough in order to see results. If they are superficial, it can be beneficial if the fraxel dual is the treatment, meaning the 1927nm pass is performed in your treatment procedure. I would address this with your dermatologist at the time of your treatment. If the eyelids are treated, internal eye shields must be used for eye protection.
