Froum your photograph, it appears that is a condition called post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. In some persons after the skin is inflamed, there is an increase in pigment production. I would avoid any treatments that could further irritated your skin. Use potent sun blocking agents and your physician could write a prescription for a lightening agent.

There are very few limitations after Botox injections and these have mostly to do with pressure on the eyebrow areas after injections to prevent migration of Botox towards the eyelids. Those restrictions are only for a couple of hours.

Moles usually have a deeper component that what you see on the surface of the skin. By removing them superficially, some of the mole cells (melanocytes) will be left in the underlying skin. After healing, the area may become raised again and/or present with some pigmentation. The best way to completely remove it is to have it excised and a few fine sutures placed.

The muscles around you mouth form a circle and if you minimize the ability to contract (which Botox does) it can soften the lines during expression. There is a limit as to how much Botox to use in that area for your lips won’t work correctly when you try to drink fluids, etc. If the lines are still present when you stretch the skin, fillers or more aggressive procedures may be needed. Yes it is fine to use fillers after you have had Botox.

Freezing tissue causes a reaction where fluid often collects under the surface of the skin. This is usually a thick yellowish fluid called serum. The surrounding area is usually slightly red but localized around the site. It is unusual for it to become infected. However, if the redness spreads, becomes very tender you should have your physician check it.

From the photo it appears that the mole that was removed was from your back. This is a area of high tension which can make wound separation a problem. If you are wishes a scar that looks like a line, then it would have to be reexcised and perhaps leaving the sutures in a longer period of time. If you wish to improve the appearance of the existing scar, this can be done with fractional lasers.
I just turned 23 and have under eye wrinkles which bother me a lot.

From the photograph I assume these lines are showing up when you are smiling. This is natural but they can be minimized by injected a very small amount of Botox in the middle of the lower eyelid area. Fillers would no be advisable in this area due to the thinness of the skin. If the lines are present at rest, topical creams can be beneficial or the skin could be tightened utilizing Ulthera ultrasound treatments.

Before any treatments, I would first try topical lightening agents which will need to be prescribed by a physician. The use of a good sunblock that contains zinc or titanium is also essential. If the pigmentation persists, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) or laser treatments are often effective.

The injection of fillers can help plump up the area and lasers or intense pulsed light can deal with the blood vessels. You should see a physician who is experienced in treating problems in this area.

Ultherapy uses focused ultrasound to interact with the deeper layers of skin (the dermis). This interaction causes the skin to retract and stimulates it to produce new collagen. There have been reports that either agent, salicylic acid and tea tree oil, can be beneficial for acne. There is far more evidence regarding the benefits of salicylic acid so I would start with that one. It helps unplug oil glands which is one of the factors involved with having acne.

It is difficult from the photo to tell if this is actually a mole or an entity know as a fibrous papule of the nose. If your goal is to flatten the area but not completely remove it, it could be excised using a shave technique. There is a possibility that with time the bump may return. To insure complete removal it would need to be excised and sutured which would leave a small linear scar. Any tissue that is removed should be sent for histologic evaluation.
Do I need to wait for my Kybella paralysis to subside in order to have Ultherapy under my chin?

The inflammation caused by Kybella has been reported to cause a temporary problem with the nerve going to the mouth. I am unaware of this ever being permanent. I would avoid any further procedures in this area until the problem has completely resolved. Further irritation or inflammation could prolong or increase the severity of the problem.
