Thanks for your question. Altought we were not able to see your front side we can say that your midscalp and crown areas need about 3500 grafts to be covered %100. Your donor area looks enough for this hairtransplant. But also if you can send a photo from front and left&right sides more exact estimation can be done.

Thanks for your good question. For a hair surgery the best resuls can be taken after 12 or 15 months and the best results are really related to the cure period. From the pictiures 4 months results look good. But as above mentioned the best results can be seen after 12 or 15 months.
During this period you have to always in touch with your doctor and asked for his consultation for the photos.

Yes your nose can be like a native American nose with a Rhinoplasty surgery. The period for the all process will take about 7 days acoomodation. 1 night will be hospital accomodation after the surgery and the rest will be for the post-op process. The operastion will take about 2-3 hours with general anesthesia. The healing process will take about 15 days. The price including all transfers and all accomodation will be about 2500 Euro (2800 USD)
