At three months post op you could go ahead with repiercing.  Be careful that it is done under sterile conditions to reduce the possibility of infection.

It depends on your concerns, but looking at your pictures, I would recommend a breast lift/reduction and an abdominoplasty.  These two procedures would make a very nice difference for you. A consultation with a Board Certified PS would allow you to voice your desires and get a surgical plan formulated. Good luck!

The is no magic formula for determining bra size after augmentation.  You can just go to the store and start trying them on.  Your chest size did not change with your surgery, so start with  the 34s and go from there.  The most important factors are comfort and support. Have fun!!!

It depends on the nature of your travel.  For example, if you are planning a busy vacation, you would be wise to plan on a 6-8 week recovery time. But, if you are going for a short business meeting where you will be minimally active, it could be a shorter time.  You should discuss your travel plans with your surgeon, so he/she can advise you appropriately.

The size range of 235-335 sounds perfect for your frame and measurements. I would encourage you to go towards the larger size to get the cup size you desire.  The inframammary incision is the best choice as far as minimizing damage to the breast and reducing intraoperative contamination of the implant. An “XL” will not correct your sagging breasts.  You would end up with larger saggy breasts,  A combined augmentation and lift will give you a nice result?

If you are satisfied with the size of your smaller right breast, yo u could certainly have a minimal incision breast lift and a small reduction of the larger left breast and have a very nice result.  If you want larger breasts, implants will be needed along with the lift.You will need a full tummy tuck to get a tighter smoother abdomen.

You have plenty of volume to achieve a very nice result with a minimal incision lift (lollipop).  A small reduction of your larger breast would be done to improve the symmetry using the same type of incision.  These incisions, around the areola and straight down to the inframammary fold, generally heal very nicely and are well worth the improvement in shape and symmetry. Based on the given information alone, 435cc sounds too big to give you proportional results. It depends on your goal. Photos would re helpful and an in office exam essential.

The 3D is not helpful in that the depicted breasts are not very attractive.  In general, a smooth round moderate profile gel implant placed through an inframammary fold incision into a subpectoral pocket will give a very natural appearance. This should work out very well for you.  If the implant is placed in a subglandular (over the muscle) position, you may be able to see the outline of the implant.  This is certainly very  clearly seen on the computer generated images.

Great job on the weight loss!!!  It would be important to have an in office exam before embarking on a surgical plan, but off-hand I would not advise doing all those procedures together. It would be a very long surgery and a very tough recovery. You do not have tuberous breasts.  They are large, droopy and have enlarged areolae. A minimal incision lift (lollipop), which would allow reduction in the areolae and reshaping of the breast tissue, would give you a very nice improvement. Liposuctioning the anterior axillary folds (the fat pads along the pectoralis above and lateral to each breast0 would further enhance the result. Good Luck!!!

Your genetics and your pregnancy have determined your breast size and shape, rather than your clothing or activity choices.  A combination of breast augmentation, to give some upper pole fullness and a breast lift will markedly improve the appearance of your breasts.  It will be important to select a surgeon with extensive experience in these combination procedures.  A Board Certified PS and Member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons would be your best bet.

Good question!   Usually 3 months following the cessation of breast feeding is sufficient for the breasts to return to their new baseline state.
