I think it is too early to worry about capsular contracture. The implants are riding high on the chest and will almost certainly descend…often one faster than the other. When this happens to one of my patients, I encourage downward massage and an elastic strap that I provide that puts downward pressure on the implants…more on the higher side. I would get started with the measures within the next week or so because it is possible for high riding implants to stay higher than…
