It is helpful to gently displace smooth round breasts implants to keep them soft. This is usually started at 1 – 2 weeks after surgery. Put your hand over flat over the breast and push the implant towards the chest wall gently moving the breast implant up, in, down and out 20- 30 seconds in each direction 3 times a day for 6 months then twice a day for 6 months.
