Agree with getting clarification. Hard to do while your wife is healing, but please consider going in person and getting an explanation. Taking to the Internet can't be useful here.Often, fees are bundled into a lift. For example, you may hear "if I do a lift, I don't charge for the placement of the implants." This well-intentioned policy might cause confusion if a decision is made during surgery to cancel the lift portion, as may have occurred in your example. Or maybe you are in fact owed...

Absolutely you are a candidate and I recommend seeing a surgeon with a steady hand :) Should be a relatively simple procedure if you choose a good plastic surgeon.

Not usually seen after botox for the crow's feet, but likely a temporary reaction. If it does not resolve in 1-2 days (cold compresses are helpful), I recommend that you contact your treating physician and follow-up. All the best.
Need advice re opening at incisions after breast lift.

This small area of breakdown of the incision is usually not a threat to the implant or to the eventual result, but you need to notify your surgeon and seek their advice, as they are committed to your good outcome. When things like this occur, and assuming no allergies, I like Iodosorb, although it can be messy. Take meticulous care of the wound and it will heal.
