Hello. Hard to tell on pics but may have resected more corrugator muscle on one side. Or may have been there before and more noticeable. If there is a dynamic movement difference then maybe have him try Botox. But without a direct examination hard to tell for sure. Good luck

From that one view of the picture it’s hard to really tell exactly the problem from my experience is probably combination of eyelid skin and brow ptosis most patients with their 40s and 50s the angrylook comes from the heavy medial brow that needs to be elevated with an brow lift. which really opens up the eyes and gets rid of that angry look.

My patients are usually back to not weight lifting type work within a wk. There is more pain with sub muscular implants than sub glandular and i almost always go under the muscle. I inform my patients not to do any heavy exercise or lifting for 1 month.. I have seen pts bleed after breast augmentation when working out 3 wks after surgery so in my opinion patients should refrain from such heavy activity for 4-6 wks.scars fade over 6 months - 2yrs depending on skin type.

Acne scarring is one of the most difficult skin issues to treat. My personal experience with the scion erbium yag laser and its pro fractional treatments are good requiring several treatments over time. Remember that the acne scarring is often improved significantly but not erased.

It is hard to tell on the pics whether there is an intra abdominal component of fat as that will not go away without diet.. i personally like to see patients at their best weight before performing tummy tucks...i think you have significant improvement and believe a large part of satisfaction is about realistic expectations..good luck
