Thank you for posting photos of your upper arms. In your situation, you may have a few options to decrease the "bat wing" appearance of your upper arms. Although you do not have as much skin as some patients do after weight loss, I can understand why you would feel self conscious about this area.
Liposuction alone on this area can work well on young patients with good skin tone and elasticity. Being too aggressive with liposuction can leave the upper arms with a poor cosmetic result which...
Is my breast turning square or it will be back to normal?

Congratulations on your breast augmentation! It is completely normal for the breast to look somewhat "square" postoperatively.
Swelling, along with the pressure on your implant from the skin and muscle will cause the implant to take on a funny shape. This will resolve during the settling period which can take 3 months, sometimes longer.
It is also important to note that usually right around the third day after surgery is when patients experience the most swelling.

Coolsculpting does have guidelines on what the ideal candidate is for the procedure. The FDA approval comes with information that the candidate should have stable weight (unchanged over 6 months), have a BMI of 30% or less, and have "defined" bulges that are resistant to diet and exercise. Patients that have larger body types without smaller, defined bulges, can also be treated but tend to see less dramatic results and require 2-3x the amount of treatments that "ideal" candidates...
