What are my options for bad rippling after pre-pec surgery and can I go smaller?

I do almost exclusively pre pectoral reconstruction and the key is using acellular dermal matrix (like Alloderm, etc) and many rounds of fat grafting. I think your skin needs to be lifted/tightened with a smaller implant and several rounds of fat grafting. Best of luck!

Hi,
Gummy implants are otherwise known as highly cohesive silicone gel implants.
Mentor has the "Xtra" line.
Allergan has the "Inspira" line.
Sientra has the "Opus" line.
Which implant your surgeon uses is a combination of the surface texture, shape, measurements, cohesiveness level, patient anatomy, patient preferences, and vendor patterns for each practice.

Can Botox be used to help a double chin that never goes anywhere?

Hi, thanks for your question. It depends on what your double chin looks like. If it is mostly fat without any excess skin, it could be treated with kybella, but may take multiple treatments. You could also have one treatment of liposuction in that area, or several treatments of Coolsculpting. If you have excess skin, a neck lift would be the only way to remove it. I would recommend going in for a consultation to see what your options are based on your anatomy.

Hi, thank you for your question. In order to answer, more information is needed. First, I am uncertain which side is the right side. Is it the picture's right or your right? It looks like one picture is flipped because it was in selfie mode, so one picture has your right on the right and the other has your right on the left. Which one is it that bothers you?
