Gynecomastia surgery with Vaser (for fat removal) +/- gland excision usually yields a quick recovery (ie typically within a few days) assuming your job doesn’t involve strenuous activity and your case isn’t extreme (pics would help). We recommend compression garment for at least 2-6wks and avoiding strenuous activity for 3 wks.
Will Vaser fix botched Coolsculpting?

Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia (PAH) from cool sculpting may be what you’re experiencing. We’ve treated cases like this with Vaser liposuction (link below) demonstrating promising results. However keep in mind, this fat does not act like virgin/non treated areas and may be more prone to deformities and fibrosis therefore post-operative compression and massage is advocated.
Could Smart lipo on abdomen complicate future abdominal surgery?

Liposuction is limited to areas between skin and muscle, not the peritoneal cavity or your intra-abdominal muscles.

This is also referred to as a “sad umbilicus” as it has the upside down frown appearance. This could occur with aging as skin laxity diminishes, or after liposuction as skin is partially hanging down after fat removed. You may want to consider additional liposuction along the midline (athlletic contouring) in conjunction with subcutaneous threads in attempt to migrate the effects of such. Hi, I’m assuming you’re referring to your outer thighs (pics would help to better assess your situation). Patients who are relatively fit with small target areas are best candidates for this type of liposuction IMO. When you go into a caloric excess (ie 140lbs vs 120lbs) fat cells swell perhaps giving you bit of a saddle bag appearance. These problem areas could be PERMANENTLY destroyed with liposuction however care should be taken to not take too much as this could give you more a masculine…
