Answer Snippet
Does Sculptra have a high risk for complications?
Cosmetic injectables
Nov 25, 2020
In my view, Sculptra is the most technique-dependent of all fillers. When done properly, the results from Sculptra can be excellent. When done improperly, the patients will have nodules. I believe hyaluronic acid fillers would be best for you because it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if the results are not good. I recommend finding a physician who has extensive training and experience with fillers.
Is it safe to get Botox for crows feet while on Lymecycline?
Botox safety
Nov 25, 2020
It’s always important to be transparent with your doctor about any medications you’re taking prior to receiving Botox. Botox should be totally safe when taking Lymecycline.

Surgical revision

There are always options when a repair does not give the best result. Yes, skin grafts or other types of flaps could be considered. There are also techniques that can be used to open the nasal passage to improve breathing.
Are there any laser or light treatments that are helpful for treating facial redness in darker ski
PDL for redness
Nov 25, 2020
Everything that you have said is correct. I have had Fitzpatrick 4 skin type patients who have had improvement following very conservative pulsed dye laser using low energy settings. A small test area could be treated with IPL or PDL to better predict the results.

Can Botox be injected into the gums to hide receding gums and long teeth?
Gummy smile
Nov 5, 2020
No, Botox is not injected into the gums. However, some individuals develop a “gummy smile” whereby their upper gums are exposed during a normal smile. The “gummy smile” can be corrected with Botox when injected into certain facial muscles that are used when smiling.
Can the toxins in Botox get stronger?

Botox is mixed up fresh and is used on patients within a day or two. Botox does not get stronger with time, but it can be reconstituted with high dilutions so that the effect lasts only a few weeks.
