You appear to have different types of scars.  Many of them seem to be flat but very red.  For these I recommend a pulsed-dye laser to remove the redness.  There are a few depressed or indented scars that would respond best to one of several treatments: a CO2 laser, micro needling or a high concentration of TCA (trichloroacetic acid) applied directly to the spots.  Each of these would likely take 3-4 treatments to get maximum improvement

Some physicians will use a more dilute solution when injecting under the arms, hands feet, etc. for hyperhydrosis, but some use the same dilution as the face.

I, myself, use the same dilution but inject very small amounts. The most important factor is the number of injections given so that all areas will be covered and secondly, placing the injections just under the skin so that they are at the same level as the sweat glands.

Seromas are collections of clear to yellowish fluid that collects or pools after a surgery. They are uncommon after liposuction procedures, but can happen. Hypopigmented scars are difficult to restore pigment in. We occasionally do see some improvement in pigmentation with the use of fractionated lasers. These might include Active FX CO2 or a fractionated Erbium laser. These lasers should be focused directly onto the scar and used at the proper settings to avoid any unwanted pigment change to the surrounding skin. It is also important to consider that it would likely take several treatments to achieve any significant changes.
