Currently there are name brand Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, Jeuveau and Daxxify.

Some superficial filler may be injected to help support the smile lines from appearing as deeply.
Additional options could be to add some support/volume to the midface /cheeks with a biostimulator like Sculptra or filler injections that could help lift the lower face. That may soften the lines as well.

There are a number of options for non-surgical neck lifts but most of them will result on some down time and even swelling. Radiofrequency may have little to no downtime but there may be some swelling. Injections of sculptra, PRP, PRGF, PRF will have some downtime.
