You will be just fine! Light exercise such as walking will not cause migration of your Botox injections. As you mentioned, you should avoid massaging or vigorously rubbing the treatment area. If you are exercising to the point that you have excessive perspiration and must wipe your sweat away, then I would advise against this level of activity.
