Micaela was new to the medical spa field when she first joined our team, but with her 10+ years of experience in customer service and 4 years in the banking industry, the utilization of her past work experiences have been a great asset into helping our company blossom and enhance customer productivity.

Over the years, Carol has earned numerous certifications and attended advanced training seminars to remain on top of the latest in the industry. She has even worked alongside a double board-certified plastic surgeon in the Milwaukee area who has provided her with a wealth of knowledge.
