For safety reasons it is very good that you have stopped using Cocaine. However, I would suggest delaying your surgery until you have been off of the Cocaine for at least a couple of months. If you still decide to go forward with the surgery, I would highly recommend being honest with your anesthesiologist and telling them when you last used Cocaine.

No they are not the same. A saddle nose is where the nose has collapsed entirely. The nose has no support from the bone or the cartilage over the bridge.

A ski jump still has some support and a more artistic shape.

We offer three incision sites at our practice when using a saline implant. Inframammary (underneath breast), Periareolar (around the nipple), and Transaxillary (underarm). The incision site is the choice of the patient. Danger to lymph nodes is highly unlikely if the incision is performed correctly. It will be a bit more difficult to lift your arms for the first week or two. Most people heal very well with the incision under the arm.

Salicylic Acid peels produce great results when used appropriately. It is a wonderful treatment for regulating the sabacious (oil) gland, deep cleansing the skin, and controlling bacteria. It also has an anti-inflammatory effect, great for acne, when used in the proper percentages and doses.

Salicylic acid can cause hyper pigmentation on darker colored skin types. This might be what you are seeing. It is also possible that, the surface layer of skin was exfoliated (burned essentially), revealing deeper layers where acne scaring is present. Many times the skin will look darker in patches where the skin has been damaged in the past, these are the areas that are going to peel and flake off the heaviest.

First of all, I usually don't use drains for the breast augmentation procedure. Drainage should start to chage to a watery yellow or ink drainage unless bleeding is actively going on. You should contact your physician to see if this is normal for his patients. Personally, I like to see under 30 ml in 24 hours to remove the drain hence the 40 ml every 4 hours is 8 times that amount. I would suggest that you see your doctor soon.

I would highly suggest a breast lift.  As you have seen with loosing weight, you usually loose breast volume as you loose weight.  I would suggest that you get to your desired weight and then consider having a breast lift. If you want perky and more youthful looking breast, you will want to consider having an implant put in.  I would suggest having the lift done first, once you have reached your desired weight, and then having a second surgery to have your implants put in….
