Thanks for your question. If you are fine with the volume of your breasts, a mastopexy (breast lift) can give a perkier appearance to the breasts and at the same time reduce the size of areolas and improve position of the nipples. In your case, it would most likely involve a full mastopexy with an anchor or inverted T pattern scar.
