From the looks of it is definitely bruising. However, if it causes you any discomfort, schedule a meeting with your surgeon. Worst case scenario (if it were the beginning of an infection) your surgeon will schedule proper medication for you to treat it without the need to another surgery.

Chances are it did nothing. As long as you don’t present any pain or discomfort, it should be of no concern to you.
If anything, just mentioned this to your surgeon in any of the post procedure appointments. Or just contact him out right.
But like I said, if you don’t percent any pain, then it should be of no concern.

Since you are treating different areas, there is little effect one surgery will have over the other. The most optimal course of action would be having both at the same time, but since that is not possible, a month or two should suffice.
If I am smoke free for 5 months should my tummy tuck surgery heal properly?

Staying smoke free several months before the surgery will definitely improve the healing process, but if you already come from several decades of smoking habits, do not expect to have the same healing quality as a person who hasn’t ever smoked or even a person who is only occasionally exposed to second hand smoking.

Swelling is very common a surgery, even after several weeks have passed, and tummy tuck is no exception. This looks a lot like swelling around the area, it should be gone in a month or two.
