I am almost 3 months post BA and when I lay down my implants go into my armpits. Is this normal?

It sounds like the spaces made for your implants (pockets) may be either too large and/or go too far to the sides. Since the implants can move anywhere in these pockets, they fall to the sides when you lie down. Sometimes use of a push-up bra for a few months will let the spaces tighten down, but after this amount of time, you may need surgery to correct your problem. I'd recommend talking to your surgeon and getting his/her input.
