Minuses. As a rule, general anesthesia is used. Often complications of an aesthetic nature (violation of body contours, pigmentation, chronic puffiness).

In the method of ultrasonic liposuction, the fat deposits are first broken using a special ultrasonic probe, which is introduced directly into the fat layer. Then the fat cells are removed by cannulas.

Pros. Minimum blood loss, the effect of lifting the skin.
Minuses. The risk of complications is high (burns, seromas, necrosis of the skin in the operation area).

Syringe liposuction is used in cases, where it is necessary to remove a small amount of fat (up to 0.08 gallon). The operation is performed manually – instead of vacuum pumps, the surgeon uses syringes. The intervention itself lasts a long time, sometimes five to six hours, but thanks to the use of thin syringes on the skin there is no bruising and swelling.

Pros. Used only local anesthesia.

Minuses. It is not possible to remove a large amount of adipose tissue.

Thin needles are introduced into tissues attached to a generator creating an electric field. Liquefied fat is removed using very thin cannulas.
