Ultrasonic liposuction has proven to be a very effective and safe method to remove excess fat. However, it should be borne in mind that surgical removal of adipose tissue is only a cosmetic operation, it helps to correct the proportions of the figure and remove excessive fat deposits, but it is not designed to combat excess weight.
