I want a natural looking nose but don’t want drastic change. What should I get done?

Thank you for your question. I agree with you that when the hump is removed the tip will look very unnatural. My approach to a nose like yours is to sculpt the tip as well as removing the hump. I will use closed Rhinoplasty technique to correct a nose like yours. I will refine and elevate the tip ,which also shortens the nose as well.
