Answer Snippet
Are my nipples too low after breast augmentation?
Give it some time first...
Jan 8, 2019
The incision isn’t the issue, the implants are riding high. Massage daily and often they will drop over the three months. If not, the pockets will need to be revised and the implants lowered.
Rib dislocation and breast augmentation, will one breast look bigger than the other?
Totally Normal...
Jan 8, 2019
No two breasts are exactly alike. Due to the flexibility of the implants the minor rib deformities will not be seen. Don’t worry, you are a good candidate for Augmentation.
Is Pelleve safe when you have acne?
We Love Pelleve...
Jan 8, 2019
I am not a fan of micro needling due to potential injury. Pelleve is quite safe and can be effective. There are virtually no side effects when used properly.
Will this surgeries compromise my blood flow and increase the chances of tissue death?
Wait!
Nov 8, 2018
Otoplasty and facelift surgery can be done together but there is a higher chance of healing complications, swelling that would affect the ear repair, and compromises in the overall result. Do not take the risk, postpone the otoplasty until fully healed.
Should I go for a surgeon based on these titles?
Buyer Beware!
Nov 8, 2018
Most of the rewards are bogus and bought, not won. Go with he physician you felt most comfortable with.
I’d like resurface my facial skin, what is the best option chemical or laser? What depth can I go,
Be cautious!
Nov 8, 2018
With your type skin you must be very careful! Light fruit acid peel, Fraxel laser with one pass, or Pelleve should work the best.
My tip is horribly bulbous any my nostrils are wide. I've also had Juvederm in the bridge. I just
Forget the Fillers...
Oct 22, 2018
The tip is all about support. You will need support both in the nostrils and the columella. See someone with experience in multiple redo’s especially using rib cartilage. Only something stiff and firm will give you the result you want. Forget the fillers for your dorsal bridge and use rib there also. Without a framework and foundation, you will never get the results you want.
Should you go through with surgery if your doctor is board eligible?
Gut Instinct
Oct 22, 2018
Experience is everything but your gut feeling is also important. If you believe in him/her and he/she is well trained, go ahead. Make sure he/she has performed the operation before.
What are your thoughts on my breast implant profile?
Opinion....
Oct 22, 2018
No lift, submammary mod high profile gummy bear implants. Go for full C with slightly larger implants due to your loose tissue. You will not be too big!
If I had positive results with Restylane in lips will my under eye and cheek area go smoothly?
Restylane in Eye and Cheek Area...
Oct 15, 2018
Different areas, different results. Lips are easier to stay smooth and do not show “ bumps “, cheeks and eyelid do!
Well I lose my dimples with a facelift?
Need to speak up!
Oct 15, 2018
Great question! Not necessarily. You need to specify to your surgeon one way or the other before proceeding.
Should I get my breast implant revision as over or under the muscle?
Under or Over...
Oct 15, 2018
If you needed a maxoplexy to elevate the breast, adding weight to the already stretched skin will most definitely cause early sagging. Keep them under the muscle or use ADM to keep the weight off the skin.
Is is safe to go from 340cc to 550cc or 600cc?
Need better Photos....
Oct 1, 2018
To better evaluate you need straight on photos- not top down. Be careful, much bigger implants will give too much upper fullness and ruin a natural look. Better with round mod or high overfilled implants which are wider and less then 525!
5'4, 117 lbs. Will I get rippling due to me being skinny ?
Can go larger....
Oct 1, 2018
Go for the larger implants. 285 in silicone above muscle is a small change super high profile is only good if you are very narrow. Go hp and wider for better look.
I have a heart valve leakage it’s very minor nothing to worry about I’m interested in doing plasti
Shouldn't be an issue....
Oct 1, 2018
No issue if you are healthy. Make sure your surgeon knows, get medical clearance from you primary and make sure you have prophylactic antibiotics.
