Would a belt lipectomy (lower body lift) help me?

A lower body lift will help with the loose saggy skin around your belly, outside of your thighs and your buttock area. It will not help with the inner thighs. Direct excision through a medial thigh lift would be necessary to fix that. Hope that helps!
Advice for Exercise After Breast Augmentation?
Take it Easy

Make sure you take it easy after surgery. I recommend at least 2 weeks off of any strenuous activity, then no heavy lifting or workouts for at least 4 weeks. Also, no underwire bras for 6 weeks. Then, after 6 weeks, I have no restrictions on my patients activity level.
