My impression is your breast size is plenty full enough to offer a very nice result with a mastopexy only. Why get implants if you don’t need them? Be cautious choosing non invasive or non surgical treatments for treating loose skin. If you have jowl, and loose skin of the neck then a face lift is the most effective treatment. It is not possible to tell by the photo. I agree that you should see your surgeon. The breast augmentation incision often has a few layers. Superficial skin is separation often can be treated as a wound problem. However, if a deeper process is going on then it needs to be addressed soon. I agree with removing the piercing. The nipple ring is a foreign body which can increase bacteria and risk for infection in the areola. The scars may heal just fine with time. In very pigmented or black skin color, the scars and skin may be more prone to noticeable scars. Time will help. I would recommend upwards of a year before considering surgical revision. Consider silicone patching or steroids if a keloid type scar forms (which is unlikely).
