Your nipples are above the breast crease and don’t need to be “lifted”. An augmentation using an extended dual plane technique should deliver a nice result. Do that and hold off on the areolas as that scar can be quite noticeable. Hope this helps, good luck!!!

Your nipples are above the level of your breast crease so they don’t need to be lifted anywhere. Crescent lifts accomplish little to nothing and donut lifts can have a considerable scar burden. All implants, even the most cohesive, ripple to some degree. Each time you put in a bigger implant your native breast tissue gets a bit thinner making it easier to see ripples. Thickening your breast tissue with fat grafting might help. Hope this helps, good luck!

Based on your picture, it does not appear you have tuberous breast deformity. Find a surgeon experienced in extended dual plane breast augmentation and just have implants placed. A secondary lift, if necessary, will be more precise and at less risk for nipple malposition. Hope this helps, good luck!!!

The difference in feel between saline and silicone augmented breasts depends on how thick your tissue is and how big the implant is. The thinner your tissue the more likely you will feel/see ripples with saline implants. Gel implants don’t need to be “moved” every two years and with an 8% leak rate at ten years (Allergan implants) I advise my patients to not change them every ten years. My patients routinely get 15-20 years out of their implants. Hope this helps, good luck!
