Having injected Sculptra in the buttock and hips for several years now, Sculptra is a reasonable filler for these areas, with a few important limitations. 1) It will take numerous vials of Sculptra in each area over multiple sessions to see optimal results. 2) Most people would get a far more cost effective result from fat transfer, although that would have much more downtime than Sculptra injections.

I would highly highly highly recommend to see the person who injected you IMMEDIATELY. It is possible that some filler entered an artery and has been cutting off blood supply to the skin of the inside and outside of the lip. Again, it is hard to tell from this photo and the limited description of events, but normal swelling and bruising should have resolved already.

I have found that the combination of sclerotherapy (injecting hand veins) and filler gives the best results for issues such as yours. That way, we reduce the size of the vein, and then fill in the area around it to further minimize its appearance.

Since it stimulates production of your own collagen, the effects of Sculptra will last many years (if not “permanent”). But since each vial of Sculptra produces limited results, patients often need at least 10-20 vials PER SIDE over 2-3 sessions. If money is no object and 20-40k for a very subtle improvement in buttock volume would make you happy, Sculptra is a phenomenal choice.

I think you would do extremely well with combination SmartLipo to the waist/flank area to reduce the squareness of your mid-section, with potentially a small fat transfer to your hips. Since you do not have a lot of fat to begin with, a small removal/transfer should make a big difference!

I think a full syringe of a product like Restylane or Juvederm would be completely reasonable. Remember that a syringe is only 1/5th of a teaspoon, which is a very very small amount of volume.

I agree with what everyone else has said. Not only could you have excessively loose skin post-procedure, but a large part of what you have is visceral fat, which 1) can not be treated with liposuction (or even a tummy tuck) and 2) could actually become even more prominent after liposuction. Significant weight loss should be first and foremost.
What should I do for a better looking profile? I have Juvederm in my lips and nose.

Your condition is most likely in the family of venous malformation, a benign overgrowth or tumor of blood vessels. Yes, it is not cancer. But, there is absolutely a treatment for it (which unfortunately was not yet available 20 years ago). Using a combination of lasers (pulsed-dye laser and Nd:YAG laser), this could not only look DRAMATICALLY better, but the spontaneous bleeding episodes (probably initiated by very minor trauma) should completely stop.

I agree with the other providers who have answered: if that is a photo of you, there is realistically no fat to transfer. Sculptra could be an option, but it starts becoming a big monetary commitment fairly quickly. Liposuction could still be an option, which is performed completely under local anesthesia, limiting downtime significantly.
If that is not a photo of you, an in person exam is crucial to giving you the best advice as to how to proceed.

To wholeheartedly disagree with the previous answer, I would absolutely not recommend performing sclerotherapy in this area. I have personally treated hundreds of patients’ legs with sclerotherapy, but have only treated 1 temple vein (with extreme caution), if that tells you anything. The risk here is that the injected product could migrate into the veins and arteries of the veins feeding the eye and retina, causing blindness or other eye injury. I think phlebectomy…
