I would wait until most and if not all of the edema resolves which could be several months prior to radiesse injection.  About 50% of fat grafts will absorb and may require additional treatments.  Talk to your plastic surgeon about additional fat transfer within the next several months.

It is not uncommon to have small open wounds after abdominoplasty and should not effect the overall result.  Local wound care and observation is necessary and rest easy that the scar should not be more prevelant.

liposuciton is a reward for a healthy lifestyle.  Regular exercise and controlled diet are mandatory for satisfactory results and a happy patient otherwise you are wasting your time, effort, and money.  BMI is a ration to height and weight.  Anyone with a BMI over 32 is not a great candidate for liposuction.

I personally do not believe in this technique for a variety of reasons.  Essentially plastic surgeons are trying to add definition by liposuction which can create contour deformity and irregularities which you will ultimately not be pleased with.  I recommend discussions with your plastic surgeon prior to embarking on this technique.
