7 days post op from 330 cc sub muscular breast implants and this bruise seems to be worsening.

Bruising can occur after surgery and is usually the result of a small blood collection. It does tend to get worse after the first few days as the surrounding tissue absorbs the blood. It is a normal occurance and hopefully will begin to resolve over the next few weeks. If there is increasing swelling then there should be a concern of a postop hematoma and you should be reevaluated by your surgeon.
