Head to the ER get worked up, and turn off the computer…While there may be a totally benign reason for the pain and shortness of breath,as others have mentioned, there are also some serious problems that must be ruled outgood luck

For patients who have had breast augmentation and those that have not had an augmentation, breasts continue to drop, thanks to gravity…..I have seen 3 year post ops look less tight and “lower”….that said it is an individual event and it will involve skin, muscle, implant and pocket …..If after a year you wanted to accellerate the process, I agree a small lift should be discussed with your Plastic Surgeon vs possible pocket revision.I hope this helps. I would need to evaluate you “hands on” to determine full or mini-tummy tuck, but I would suggest a concurrent flank (not flap) liposuction. You also need to understand that visceral fat (around your intestines) will only go away with diet and exercise, and tends to “distend” the belly. I hope this helps. Regards, Dr. Weiss

Sizers are important but only a part of the formula. The patient’s skin, muscle tone, age and expectations all have to come into play. I like to say I am a contractor and can build your home on this lot, depending on the lot size…. I have been “lucky” estimating the size the patient wants to be and the size she can carry. Your decision needs to be based upon the elasticity of your skin , & the cup size you want to be….it requires a physical exam and an interview with a Plastic Surgeon who really “gets” you….the slightly larger than you think comment is fairly accurate …
