Thank you for your question and photo. You will likely be fine with an implant alone based on your desire to go up from a B/C to a DD.
A consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can see and examine you can determine how much stretch your stretch your breast envelope has and whether an implant alone will do it. The larger the implant, the less likely you will need a lift.

Thank you for your question. Typically it is the muscle tightening component of the tummy tuck that increases the discomfort associated with recovery. Your vaginal hysterectomy does not significantly touch the muscle, so will have less associated surgical discomfort. Thus, most women say the tummy tuck discomfort is greater than the hysterectomy discomfort.

If you were not satisfied with the skin tightening, you could always go forward with an excision procedure. This way you would go into the excision knowing the limitations of the less invasive procedure and clearly making the decision that a scar is worth the trade.
Best to you as you contemplate your options.

Everybody recovers differently. Wear the compression if it helps. It is there for this purpose. You might consider transitioning to some lighter compression such as spanks or exercise pants.
