Hello! There are soft tissue based options for breast enhancement surgery that don’t include breast implants. Hello! It appears that loss of the right inframammary fold (where the breast meets the chest) integrity has allowed inferior implant migration, giving the illusion of the right nipple having areola elevation.
Options include repositioning a right breast implant and then consideration of a bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) – to restore the shape of both breasts – with nipple repositioning, pending the final position of both nipple areola complexes.

At present, I do not recommend textured implants at any site due to the risk of Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL). However, bottoming out can occur with either implant shell type. It may be a result of an individual anatomic issue or a technical issue during the surgical procedure.

An abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) will provide the best skin appearance. If you prefer a more rapid recovery or smaller surgical scar, options could include: ultrasound assisted liposuction or radio frequency assisted liposuction (BodyTite). The results would be limited with only a liposuction; you’d need something to tighten the skin.
