TT scar is very bumpy and uneven, even after a second incision 2 years after initial surgery.
Keloid scarring

Your photo shows a keloid scar that has occurred after tummy tuck. Keloid scars are more common in African individuals and if simply cut out, they recur in 50-100% of cases. These need to be cut out and followed up with a course of steroid injection to reduce the risk of them recurring.
Love handles after TT – How can I get rid of them?
Excess skin/fat (dog ears) after tummy tuck

The tummy tuck is a procedure that allows for removal of excess tummy fat and skin and the incision can extend all the way up to the hip bones. If you have a lot of excess fat in the area, this can be treated by liposuction. Two months after the procedure is a bit soon to look at doing this, and I would suggest waiting a full 6 months before undertaking any revision surgery.
