These hollows result from a combination of volume loss and skin laxity. This can be improved with fillers placed gently and precisely in this area to soften the transition. Some areas of the frontalis muscle can be stronger than others. This can lead to asymmetric wrinkling. This can also occur if the injector was not uniform in the distribution of Botox in this area. This can be easily corrected with a few units in the areas that are still moving. During your next treatment, mention this area of movement to avoid this happening again in the future.
