Statement: For over 25 years, Dr. David Amron has earned an international reputation as a leading lipedema, liposculpture, and revision liposuction surgery specialist. Dr. David Amron is the founder and medical director of The Roxbury Institute with locations in Beverly Hills, CA and Salt Lake City, UT. Statement: Dr. Aria Vazirnia was rigorously trained by the pioneer of lipedema surgery himself, Dr. David Amron.

Dr. Aria graduated summa cum laude from UCLA and then attended UC San Diego School of Medicine where he completed his medical school education and Master’s Degree in clinical research. During residency training, he authored numerous medical journal articles and textbook chapters, and was elected to the board of the California Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.

He later completed a Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Aria’s second Fellowship was in Advanced Lipedema Liposuction at The Roxbury Institute under the leadership of Dr. David Amron, where he trained in the unique three-dimensional circumferential approach to lymphatic sparing liposuction for lipedema. Dr. Aria has a passion for helping all patients achieve a higher quality of life through Advanced Lipedema Management.

In his spare time, Dr. Aria enjoys playing piano and guitar, playing tennis, trying new foods, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
