With medical tourism increasing in popularity, patients should exercise extreme caution when choosing to leave the country for their surgery. Based upon the photographs you have provided, a 600-700 gram breast reduction would remove approximately one-third to one-half of the breast. This would most likely leave you in a C-D cup range. Most of your tissue needs to be removed from the outside of the breast, which would leave you with the desired fullness in the middle, cleavage area.
