I think that submuscular implants always look a little more full in the upper pole. I always use this approach unless there is a reason not too. Such as bodybuilders. With excessive working out in the gym submuscular implants can get displaced. Breast cancer detection is a little better with submuscular implant placement as well.
Would BodyTite be appropriate for removing fat and tightening my upper arms?

I think that your skin and tissue is not the type that would respond well to this treatment. I recommend waiting until a surgical approach would be appropriate.

I don’t think that your breasts would end up being perky from a breast lift alone. I think that implants would cause your breasts to be too big. I would recommend a breast reduction with implants to meet your goals.

Yes it is possible. I would recommend considering Galaflex in addition to the autoaugmentation. This is a new product to help hold the breasts in position.

I recommend an extended tummy tuck to help with the flank area. Without it the tummy tuck alone is going to cause the flanks to look even more full. I don’t think you have to go all the way around the back though.

Your skin is too thin for lipo alone. It is going to look worse. Something has to be done to tighten it. You are not a very good candidate for a tummy tuck because your lower abdomen is already good. It isn’t perfect but a tummy tuck is a big surgery for the small amount of excess skin and fat that you have there. You can safely get implants now. If you feel like your breast shape has recovered so that you are starting with a stable canvas to work on then you should get a predictable outcome.

It is a personal choice where in your case the nipple is at the inframammary crease. When it is lower you need a lift and when it is above you don’t. In your case I think your tissue is going to be strong enough to hold the implants up. Just a guess but if you implants stay high then the nipple is going to look funny as low as it it in relation to them. If you didn’t have such a strong inframammary fold I would say just implants. However, without any more information I would go for the lift.

My recommendation is to do a lift alone. I think that it will look really good. You should enjoy the appearance of them for a couple of years. Then I would get implants because you will enjoy a change and the upper pole fullness that comes with it. This plan will allow you enjoy them for a significant period of time. In a decade or two you may like to have the implants removed as the perky appearance becomes less important to you.

This problem is correctable. I strongly recommend capsulorraphy sutures be placed. The ones that were placed initially have failed and you are bottoming out. You are right about having tubular breast deformity. It can be fixed. You will need both implants and a breast lift. Your case is a little more complicated because you have ptosis as well. This can definitely be made better with liposuction. It can be difficult at the time of a tummy tuck to make this better without liposuction. It is definitely the answer and with the quality of your skin you should get an excellent outcome the cost is $3000 and it will take 2 weeks to heal.
