You can do either first, although I'd recommend fat transfer first. The issue with laser is that there will be swelling for at least 6 weeks which may make it difficult to determine how much fat to inject. Also, the skin may sensitive and the tiny needle sticks for the fat grafting can leave marks. Keep in mind that fat grafting may need to be repeated to maximize results.
