Biography: Dr. Kurt Kuhlman graduated from The Ohio State University in 1986. From 1986 to 1988, he worked as a Physical Therapist and was also an anatomy and physiology teaching assistant and tutor at Ohio State. He attended Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated first in his class in 1992. He completed a 4-year Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency program at The Ohio State University, where he was the chief resident in 1995-1996. Dr. Kuhlman is a Botox expert and is employed by Allergan to train physicians on proper technique. He has been injecting botulinum toxins (Botox) since 1996 for a variety of medical conditions including spasticity, dystonia, chronic migraine, hyperhydrosis, blepharospasm, neuromuscular disorders, Raynaud's disease, etc. He has extensive training in cosmetic injectables including botulinum toxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin), dermal fillers, threads and Kybella, and using multiple lasers for all your cosmetic needs.

She worked for five years as a critical care nurse and one year as a rehabilitation nurse. In 2013, she graduated from University of Saint Francis with a Masters in Nursing Science. She is a board certified nurse practitioner. Jodi joined Dr. Kuhlman in 2013. She keeps busy seeing patients at Lima Memorial Hospital, four nursing homes and our medical and cosmetic offices. Jodi is certified in the use of all our lasers, chemical peels and microneedling devices. She has taken extensive continuing medical educations courses in aesthetics, including dermal filler, threads and Botox injections. She has a special interest in neurotoxins and has rapidly become a skilled injector for a variety of conditions including spasticity, migraine and cosmetics. Jodi is expert level trained at lip augmentation and specializes in these treatments.

Biography: Jennifer is the RN on our staff here at Physical and Aesthetic medicine and does all procedures that can only be performed by a licensed nurse. She attended Rhodes State College and received an Associate in Applied Science in Nursing and then worked for 10 years as a Surgical/Oncology nurse. Jennifer does all IPL hair removal treatments, dermaplaning and runs a variety of other laser treatments as well, including the Lutronic hair restoration. She also assists Dr. Kuhlman and Jodi in performing dermal filler, threading and Botox injections. She has expertise in many aspects of health and wellness and we encourage you to come see her!

Biography: Kristen moved to the Lima area as a graduate from Wright State Lake Campus, with a background in psychology and mental health. She genuinely loves people and excels at making sure our patients are comfortable and happy.
